About us
About UB1UB2 Jobs.
UB1UB2 Jobs is a free job board for London and the areas around it, connecting local employers with people looking for work.
What it is
A place to find real, local jobs: shop work, kitchens, warehouses, driving, care, offices, trades and more. Search, save and apply for free, with or without a CV. Employers pay a one-off fee to advertise, and every advert is checked before it goes live.
Who runs it
UB1UB2 Jobs is run by UB1UB2, the local news and community page with 1.2 million+ followers across its channels. It sits alongside the UB1UB2 Card, which gets members money off at local businesses. Our company details are in the employer terms.
Why we built it
Finding local work, or local staff, shouldn’t mean wading through national job sites. UB1UB2 Jobs puts local vacancies in one place, in front of the people who live nearby, so hiring is simple for businesses and always free for jobseekers.
Where it covers
All of London, from West London (Southall, Hayes, Ealing, Hounslow and Heathrow) to Central, North, East and South London. Also Slough and Berkshire, the counties around London (Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Kent), and remote jobs anywhere in the UK.
How it works
- Employers post a job in four short steps. We check it, and it goes live within minutes.
- Jobseekers find it by searching, on the map, in job alerts, or on @ub1ub2.
- Applications go straight to the employer, who replies to you directly. We never charge jobseekers.
Your safety matters. Every job advert is checked before it’s published, to help keep job hunting on UB1UB2 Jobs safe.
