We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team at ITSGOOD W2.
Part-time · Approx. 15 hours per week
We’re after someone who can hit the ground running. Confident making great coffee, comfortable with food prep, and able to take responsibility for running the café independently.
What we’re looking for:
Solid barista experience
Confidence with food prep and basic cooking
Reliable, punctual and proactive
Great customer service
Able to open the shop and manage shifts independently
Based locally or within an easy, reliable commute
We’re a small independent café, so consistency, attention to detail and a strong work ethic really matter to us. We need someone who takes pride in their work, uses their initiative and can be counted on to keep things running smoothly.
