Good to know
Who sees my requests?
Each request goes to every listed business in that service that covers the customer’s postcode, and nobody else. Customers can also send a request just to you from your page.
Which areas can I cover?
Choose how far you travel from your base (3 to 100 miles), add whole areas like London, Surrey or Slough & Berkshire, or cover the whole UK. Change it whenever you like.
How do the badges work?
Upload your public liability insurance certificate for the Insured badge, and gas engineers upload their Gas Safe ID card. They’re read automatically, usually within minutes. Gas engineers are only listed for gas work once their card has passed.
What can’t be listed?
Childcare, care, legal and immigration advice, and security work, which need licences that belong with their own regulators. Anything illegal, adult or misleading is removed.
How do I cancel?
One tap in My listing. It stays up until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.
